Frequently Asked Questions

How Should I Dress?

Wear comfortable loose clothing. We would recommended track-pant/shorts, t-shirt, and running shoes.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No, however if your injury is an ICBC claim then you will need a referral as the insurance adjusters require it to consider payment for the services.

Do you offer Massage Therapy or Physiotherapy?

Right now we only do Active Rehabilitation but since we have had many requests for other services, we will be offering Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy in the near future. Stay tuned!

What are your hours?

We know that everyone is busy nowadays with work, family, and everything in between. That is why we work with your schedule in mind. We are available anytime from early morning to late night and if necessary, on the weekends too!

I will be seeking private treatment, what is the cost per session?

The cost varies depending on a number of factors, including number of sessions required, location of session, and duration of session. For more information, please contact us.

How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions needed varies depending on the type of injury, the nature of the problem, and your personal goals. Once you are assessed, your Kinesiologist will recommend the optimum number of sessions needed to achieve your goals.

Are your services covered through Medical Services Plan (MSP) or extended health?

Unfortunately MSP currently does not provide coverage for our services. Our services MAY be covered by extended health; however please check with your provider for more information regarding coverage.

I was involved in a car accident. What do you need to start my program?

First thing we will need is a doctor’s referral. In addition, we need your ICBC claim number and lawyer’s information (if you have one).
