Zahra’s passion for health and wellness led her to study kinesiology and attain a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2014. Zahra is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiology and has worked as a kinesiologist for a decade. She also has her personal training certificate with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Zahra has worked with various population groups including individuals with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiac conditions. She has volunteered within the community and in the hospital as an activity coordinator where she worked with stroke and cardiac patients. Zahra works one on one with her clients. After thoroughly assessing her clients, she designs specific and progressive exercise programs to allow them to reach their highest level.
